During the 2026 Taipei Lantern Festival (February 25–March 15, 2026), due to government traffic control adjustments, the shuttle service boarding location will be relocated to Exit 5 of Ximen MRT Station.

※ To reserve a seat, please register at the Service Center before 6:00 p.m. the day prior to your trip, or dial extension 6 from your guestroom.
※ Guests with confirmed reservations are kindly requested to check in at the Service Center 5 minutes before departure for boarding arrangements.
